Du tambour traditionnel aux multiples versions comprenant des ondes binaurales et battements isochrones pour lâcher prise encore plus facilement, cet album contient un ensemble de clés conçues pour ouvrir les portes des mondes chamaniques...

Explication des noms des pistes :
Pure Traditional : battement "artisanal", avec des imperfections au niveau du rythme, typiquement "humain" ;)
Binaural : ondes binaurales accompagnant le son pour permettre au cerveau de changer d'état plus facilement (ne s'entend qu'avec un casque).
Iso : sons isochrones accompagnant le son du tambour. Les sons isochrones sont une alternance de sons et de silences permettant également au cerveau de changer d'état.
Noise + Rain : "bruit blanc" et pluie passant d'une oreille à l'autre et reconnus pour détendre.
Rattles : hochets chamaniques.
Digital Précision : le rythme est calé de manière précise sur la fréquence choisie (4Hz ou 2Hz).
4Hz : fréquence théta typique de la méditation profonde et des états de transe.
2Hz : fréquence delta typiquement observée dans le sommeil. Certaines personnes la trouvent plus efficace pour entrer en état modifié de conscience, du fait que le cerveau ralentit d'avantage.
Heartdrum : tambour calé sur la fréquence moyenne d'un battement de coeur (60 battements par minute) accompagné d'une fréquence binaurale de 0.6 Hz (delta) ce qui aide certaines personnes à s'apaiser.
Triple Roll : battement spécifique de 3 coups par seconde.
Drum & Wave : utilise l'alternance des sons de tambour et de l'océan, d'une oreille à l'autre pour synchroniser les hémisphères et ainsi entrer plus facilement en état modifié de conscience. Version sonore de l'induction "tambour et vague" du livre "Autohypnose et méditation : 50 façons d'entrer en état modifié de conscience".
Alternating : son du tambour alterné gauche / droite en 2Hz pour de la stimulation bilatérale. Parfait pour augmenter un état émotionnel existant.

Lexicon :
Pure Traditional: "artisanal" beat, with imperfections in the rhythm, typically "human";)
Binaural: binaural waves accompanying sound to allow the brain to change state more easily (effective only with headphones).
Iso: isochronic tones accompanying the sound of the drum. Isochronic tones are an alternation of sounds and silences that also allow the brain to change state.
Noise + Rain: "white noise" and rain passing from one ear to the other and famous to relax body and mind.
Rattles: shamanic rattles.
Digital Precision: the rhythm is set precisely on the chosen frequency (4Hz or 2Hz).
4Hz: theta frequency typical of deep meditation and trance states.
2Hz: delta frequency typically observed in sleep. Some people find it more effective in entering a modified state of consciousness, as the brain slows down further.
Heartdrum: drum set on the average frequency of our heart (60 beats per minute) played with a binaural frequency of 0.6 Hz (delta) which helps some people to calm down and let go.
Triple Roll: specific beat of 3 beats and a silence per second
Drum & Wave: this track uses the alternation of drum and ocean sounds from ear to ear to synchronize the brain hemispheres and thus more easily enter altered states of consciousness. This is a "sonic" version of the "drum and wave" induction from the book "Self-Hypnosis and Meditation: 50 ways to enter Altered State of Consciousness".
Alternating : the sound of the drums is alternating between the left ear and the right ear to produce bilateral stimulation (frequency : 2Hz). Perfect fo increase an existing emotional state.
