Cet album permet de stimuler les différents centres énergétiques (aussi appelés chakras) qui correspondent aux différentes glandes endocrines réparties dans notre corps.
La stimulation successive de ces centres permet de faire remonter l'électricité du bas de la colonne vertébrale jusque dans la tête, générant ansi un champ électro magnétique permettant de capter différentes informations normalement invisibles, pouvant provoquer des visions mystiques.
COMMENT UTILISER CET ALBUM ?
Pour chaque piste, il s'agit de positionner sa conscience à l'endroit indiqué et l'espace autour de cet endroit : positionner sa conscience consiste simplement à penser à l'endroit en question comme si vous pensiez maintenant à votre index gauche. En faisant cela, vous devez avoir une sensation particulière dans cet endroit, car l'électricité du corps s'y déplace.
Les endroits mentionnés sont indicatifs : laissez le son déplacer votre conscience 2 centimètres au dessus ou en dessous de ce qui est indiqué jusqu'à avoir une sensation particulière, comme des vibrations ou des picotements. Cette sensation va se développer avec la pratique donc c'est normal si vous ne la sentez pas au départ.
Imaginez que vous respirez par cet endroit.
Dans un second temps, imaginez que vous respirez en forme de tore par cet endroit : le tore (la forme d'un beignet si vous préférez !) est une forme que l'on retrouve énormément dans la nature et c'est la forme que prend le champ électro magnétique du corps humain et de la Terre.
Les endroits indiqués se trouvent côté colonne vertébrale : ainsi quand on parle du nombril, on cherchera l'équivalent de cette zone au niveau de la colonne vertébrale (à "l'arrière" du corps).
LOCALISATIONS DES POINTS :
Piste 1 : 1er chakra, associé aux glands surrénales. Le premier chakra est situé à la base de la colonne vertébrale. Vous pouvez sentir ce point en contractant au maximum votre périnée. La sensation se propage dans les reins, là où se trouve les surrénales.
Piste 2 : 2ème chakra, associé aux gonades (organes sexuels produisant les gamètes). L'endroit à chercher se situe autour de la zone du nombril (souvent en dessous).
Piste 3 : 3ème chakra, associé au pancréas. L'endroit à identifier se situe au niveau du plexus solaire, côté colonne vertébrale.
Piste 4 : 4ème chakra, associé au thymus, au milieu de la poitrine.
Piste 5 : 5ème chakra, associé à la thyroïde. Le point associé se situe dans la nuque, autour de la vertèbre C5.
Piste 6 : 6ème chakra, associé à la glande pinéale. Le point se situe au croisement de la ligne qui passe entre les deux sourcils et celle qui prolonge la colonne vertébrale, au centre du crane.
Piste 7 : 7ème chakra, associé à la glande pituitaire (hypophyse). Le point à chercher se situe entre le nez et la colonne vertébrale. Ce point est parfois aussi à la connexion avec le sommet du crane.
Piste 8 : 8ème chakra (parfois appelé étoile de l'âme) est le seul de cette liste qui se situe en dehors du corps physique. Il est à chercher au dessus de la tête, à environ 50 centimètres.
Piste 9 : cette piste suit l'intégralité des 8 centres décrits précédemment, 3 minutes par centre avec une transition de 1minute 30 entre chaque. Procédez de la même façon que pour les pistes individuelles.
Piste 10 : idem piste 9 mais sans mélodie (uniquement les fréquences fonctionnelles).

SPIRITUAL ASCENSION - AWAKE THE KUNDALINI

HOW TO USE THIS ALBUM?
For each track, it's about placing your consciousness in the location indicated and the space around that location: "place" your consciousness is simply to think about the location in question as if you are now thinking about your left index finger. By doing so - you will feel a "different" sensation in this place - like vibrations or tingling. This is because of the body's electricity moving.
The points which are mentioned are purely considered as indications : let the sound move your consciousness 2 centimeters above or below what is indicated until you have a particular sensation. This feeling will develop with practice so it's normal if you don't feel it at first.
Imagine that you are breathing in and out through this location.
Secondly, imagine that you are breathing in the shape of a torus through this place: the torus (the shape of a donut if you prefer!) is a shape that we find a lot in nature and it is the shape that takes the electromagnetic field of the human body and the Earth.
The points are located on the spine side: so when we talk about the navel, we will look for the equivalent of this area at the level of the spine (at the "back" of the body).
LOCATIONS OF POINTS:
Track 1: 1st chakra, associated with the adrenal glands. The first chakra located at the base of the spine. You can feel this point by contracting your perineum as much as possible - you can feel the sensation in the kidneys as well (where you will fin adrenal glands).
Track 2: 2nd chakra, associated with the gonads (sexual organs producing gametes) . The point to look is around the navel area (often below).
Track 3: 3rd chakra, associated with the pancreas. The point you will look for is at the level of the solar plexus, on the spine side.
Track 4: 4th chakra, associated with the thymus, in the middle of the chest.
Track 5: 5th chakra, associated with the thyroid. The associated point is located in the neck, around the C5 vertebra.
Track 6: 6th chakra, associated with the pineal gland. The point is located at the intersection of the line that passes between the two eyebrows and the one that extends the spine, in the center of the head.
Track 7: 7th chakra, associated with the pituitary gland (pituitary gland). The point to look for is between the nose and the spine. This point is sometimes also at the connection with the top of the head.
Track 8: 8th chakra (sometimes referred to as Soul Star) is the only one on this list that is outside of the physical body. It is to be found above the head, at about 50 centimeters.
Track 9: this track follows all of the 8 centers described above, 3 minutes per center with a transition of 1 minute 30 between each. Proceed in the same way as for the individual tracks.
Track 10: same as track 9 but without melody (engineering frequencies only).
